Warranty for OPPO HA-2 Portable Amplifier

OPPO Digital UK Ltd. Limited One Year Warranty from the original date of purchase.

Your OPPO HA-2 Portable Headphone Amplifier & DAC is warranted by OPPO Digital UK Limited against defective workmanship or materials for one (1) year from the original date of purchase and is non-transferrable.

 

This Limited warranty does not apply to the following:

applications and uses for which this product was not intended; altered product or serial numbers; cosmetic or accidental damage; acts of nature; incorrect electrical line voltage, fluctuations and surges; failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions; normal wear and tear.

 

OPPO Digital UK Limited will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with new or reconditioned parts or products.  Replacement parts and products assume the remaining original warranty, or a ninety (90) day warranty, whichever is longer.

 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from Country to Country.

TO REGISTER YOUR PURCHASE FOR WARRANTY COVER, please visit the Product Registration section of our website.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE, please follow these instructions:

    1. Contact OPPO customer service via email at service@oppodigital.co.uk or by phone at 0345 060 9395 (Mon - Fri 9am - 4.45pm) with details of the defect claimed, product model, serial number, date and place of the original purchase.

    2. If it is determined by the OPPO customer services team that your product needs repairing or replacing, a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be issued to you along with return instructions and address of an OPPO service centre.

    3. The product should be packed securely, preferably in the original packaging, with your assigned RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the package.  Send the package carriage paid and insured to the OPPO service centre together with evidence of the purchase date (preferably a receipt or purchase invoice).

PLEASE NOTE that it is essential that any email or telephone call is received on the last day of this warranty at the latest.  Late claims will not be considered.
