Limited Warranty for OPPO PM-1 / PM-2 Headphones


Your OPPO PM-1/PM-2 Planar Magnetic Headphones are warranted by OPPO against defective workmanship or materials for three (3) years from the original date of purchase with the exception of the ear pads and headband leather, which are covered for one (1) year.

 

OPPO does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product. This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchase of the product. It is non-transferable.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following: applications and uses for which this product was not intended; altered product or serial numbers; cosmetic or accidental damage; acts of nature; incorrect electrical line voltage, fluctuations and surges; failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions.

OPPO will, at its option, repair or replace product with new or reconditioned parts or products. Replacement parts and products assume the remaining original warranty, or a ninety (90) day warranty, whichever is longer.

 

Some Countries do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from Country to Country.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE, please follow these instructions:

    1. Contact OPPO customer service via email or by phone at +49 341 4783 9885 Mon- Fri. 9:30 AM- 5:30 PM (CET) with details of the defect claimed, product model, serial number, date and place of the original purchase.

    2. If it is determined by the OPPO customer services team that your product needs repairing or replacing, a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be issued to you along with return instructions and address of an OPPO service centre.

    3. The product should be packed securely, preferably in the original packaging, with your assigned RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the package.  Send the package carriage paid and insured to the OPPO service centre together with evidence of the purchase date (preferably a receipt or purchase invoice).

PLEASE NOTE that it is essential that any email or telephone call is received on the last day of this warranty at the latest.  Late claims will not be considered.
